These Terms of Service govern your use of our web design and development services, ongoing maintenance and support packages (such as Fikra Care), and website operation services.
Our baseline project and landing page pricing covers core development, programming, and layout setup only. These prices assume that the client already owns and provides an active domain name and hosting environment. If we need to purchase or register a new domain name or set up separate hosting on your behalf, this incurs an additional cost. Please clarify your setup with us in advance to ensure total transparency.
Standard website development packages do not include full brand identity design unless explicitly specified. If you require a custom logo design or a website favicon created for you, these can be added for reasonable additional fees (for example: logo design typically ranges from 500 to 1,500 EGP, and favicon design ranges from 200 to 500 EGP depending on complexity). All extra assets are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
Maintenance packages include technical support, uptime monitoring, security updates, and a monthly content update allowance (up to 30 minutes monthly unless otherwise agreed).
We assist clients with hosting setup and domain management. Clients retain full legal responsibility for all content, text, and media published on their platform.
Project modifications are executed according to the agreed revision rounds per package. Monthly support cancellations apply in accordance with active billing cycles.
